Acer Aspire VN7-592G is a laptop belonging to the diverse Aspire Nitro family. This time we are dealing with the Black Edition series, which means that the notebook is equipped with efficient, powerful components. And how does it perform in reality?
Advantages
The quality of the chassis is not objectionable, despite the fact that it is made of plastic. In addition, the laptop looks sleek, and its maximum thickness does not exceed 24 mm. The manufacturer has opted for a safe, classic design, which does not stand out from the competition, but at the same time makes it likely to appeal to more people and different audiences.
On the sides of the case you will find, among other things, a USB Type C port, supporting the Thunderbolt 3 standard. Among the others you will find HDMI, 2 USB 3.0 and one 2.0 ports, a network jack and an audio jack. The installed keyboard is characterized by adequate key stroke and hardness, so typing on it is not tiring for the hand.
The IPS screen looks good, not only displaying beautiful colors, but also offering good contrast, not to mention wide viewing angles. In turn, the combination of matte coating and high brightness levels allows for comfortable work outdoors. The screen displays an image with Full HD resolution.
Advantages and disadvantages of the Acer Aspire VN7-592GA how about the “innards”? The Acer Aspire VN7-592G notebook (there are many configurations on the market, so check the specifications carefully) features a powerful quad-core Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor, running at 2.6 GHz. When Turbo mode is activated, the clocking can increase up to 3.5 GHz. The computer also features a sufficiently powerful nVidia GeForce GTX 960M graphics card, which will allow smooth gaming on high settings (at native resolution) of many new titles. It will only fall at the most demanding game titles, where you will need to lower the settings or screen resolution, such as XCOM 2, Hitman 2016. The set is complemented by 8 GB (DDR4) of RAM, as well as a 1 TB hard drive. Thanks to the m.2 connector, it is possible to connect an SSD drive.
Although under very heavy load, the laptop runs noisily, such a situation will happen extremely rarely. Therefore, the laptop’s working culture can be described as good, and the generated noise does not become annoying either for the user or for the environment.
A very good addition to the laptop are the speakers, which produce high-quality sound (compared to other multimedia laptops). In terms of battery life, the Acer Aspire VN7-592G does not stand out, but it does not disappoint either. We have a little more than 4 hours to bushwhack the Internet over WiFi.
Disadvantages
Although the keyboard is quite comfortable, some of its elements can be confusing. Its layout deviates somewhat from the one we know from most notebooks. The Power button has been made more similar to the keyboard keys, and thus placed in the top row, along with the function keys. The Delete key has also been moved, and no longer appears in the upper right corner.
Summary of advantages and disadvantages
Advantages:
- appearance,

Summary
